Terms of Service

Last updated: [Insert Date]

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, learning
platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Coreveon
("Coreveon", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before
using the Service. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, submitting a form, or
otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do
not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Coreveon is a sustainability information and advisory business, registered at
[Registered Company Address], with company registration number [Company Registration
Number]. References in these Terms to "you" mean the individual or organisation using the
Service, whether as a visitor, a registered learner, or a client of our advisory services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if
higher, to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this
requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and
for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at
[Contact Email] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

2.3 We may require you to verify your email address before you can enrol in a course. We
may suspend or terminate accounts that remain unverified for an extended period, or that we
reasonably believe were created with false information.

2.4 You may not create more than one account for yourself, impersonate any person or entity,
or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

3. The Learning Platform

3.1 Free and paid courses. Some courses are offered free of charge; others require
payment as described in Section 4. Course pricing, content, and availability are displayed
on the relevant course page and may change from time to time, including after you have
enrolled in a different course, but we will not change the price of a course you have
already paid for.

3.2 Course access and progression. Access to course modules is sequential: later
modules unlock only once you have completed the chapters and passed the quiz in the
preceding module, as described on the course page. We do this to preserve the integrity of
the learning experience and any certificate issued at the end of it. Attempting to
circumvent this sequencing (including through automated tools, shared accounts, or
exploiting a technical fault) is a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Certificates. Where a course offers a certificate of completion, it is issued once
you have completed every required chapter and passed every required quiz. A certificate
from Coreveon reflects completion of that specific course as we have designed it; it is not
a professional accreditation, licence, or qualification recognised by any regulator or
professional body unless we expressly state otherwise on the course page. Certificates carry
a unique certificate number that can be checked on our public verification page. You may
not alter, recreate, or misrepresent a certificate, or claim to hold a certificate you have
not earned.

3.4 Course content is licensed, not sold. Enrolling in a course grants you a personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view that course's content
for your own educational use. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly perform, sell,
sublicense, scrape, or create derivative works from course content, in whole or in part,
without our prior written consent.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

4.1 Paid courses are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you
make a payment, you agree to Stripe's own terms of service in addition to these Terms. We
do not store your full card details on our servers.

4.2 All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the course page and are inclusive or
exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes,
duties, or currency-conversion charges associated with your purchase.

4.3 You may request a refund for a paid course or mock exam at any time before you have opened any of its content — that is, before viewing any chapter or quiz page in a purchased course, or starting an attempt on a purchased mock exam. Once content has been opened, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund, because the digital content has already been accessed. Submit a refund request from your Purchase History (My Learning > Purchases); we review each request and, where approved, refund the amount actually charged — any coupon or voucher discount already applied is excluded, since it was never charged in the first place. A purchase covered entirely by a 100%-off coupon has nothing to refund. This does not affect any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

4.4 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after a transaction has been
initiated but not completed, and to refuse or cancel orders placed as a result of a pricing
or listing error.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national,
    or international law or regulation;
  • share your account credentials or allow another person to access the Service using your
account, including to bypass course pricing or the module-by-module progression described
    in Section 3.2;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or
any systems or networks connected to the Service, including by probing, scanning, or
    testing the vulnerability of any system;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through
    excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attacks, or the introduction of malware;
  • upload, submit, or transmit any content through the Service (including contact forms) that
is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that contains viruses or other harmful
    code;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software
underlying the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable
    law;
  • use any automated system, including "bots" or "scrapers", to access the Service for any
purpose without our express written permission.

We may investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole
discretion, violates this section, including suspending or terminating their account and
reporting them to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The Service and all content made available through it — including text, graphics,
logos, course materials, videos, software, and the "Coreveon" name and marks — are owned by
Coreveon or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual
property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our
intellectual property except the limited licence described in Section 3.4.

6.2 If you submit any content to us (for example, through a contact form, a course review,
or correspondence), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable
licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and
promoting the Service, and you represent that you have the right to grant that licence.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (including embedded video
players, Stripe's checkout pages, and content we do not control). We are not responsible for
the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service, and including a link
does not imply our endorsement of it. Your use of any third-party site or service is subject
to that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS
AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY,
INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW.

8.2 Course content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and
does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You should not
rely on any course content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional familiar
with your specific circumstances. Coreveon does not warrant that the Service will be
uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be
excluded or limited under applicable law, including, where applicable, statutory rights of
consumers.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COREVEON AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,
AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR
OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE
SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY
OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.

9.2 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COREVEON'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY
TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER
OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COREVEON IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING
RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).

9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury
caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other
liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coreveon and its officers, employees,
agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and
expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a)
your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your
violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

11. Termination

11.1 You may stop using the Service and, where available, delete your account at any time.

11.2 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any
time and without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in
fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by law.

11.3 Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including,
without limitation, Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13) will survive any termination of your
access to the Service.

12. Changes to the Service and These Terms

12.1 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including
the availability of any course, feature, or content.

12.2 We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take
reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting a notice on the Service or updating the
"Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any revised Terms take
effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Governing
Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of
or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of [Governing Jurisdiction], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such
courts, except where applicable law provides you with the right to bring a claim in the
courts of your own country of residence.

14. General

14.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other
policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coreveon
regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

14.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or
unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary,
and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be
considered a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or
otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction,
including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

14.5 Force majeure. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance
resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural
disaster, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, or failures of third-party
infrastructure or telecommunications.
